Our services may include visa application assistance, document preparation and checking, application submission, visa extensions, KITAS-related services, business establishment assistance, and other administrative services offered by Lombok Visas.
Lombok Visas is not part of the Indonesian Government, the Directorate General of Immigration, or any other government authority. We operate as an independent private consultancy and service provider.
The exact scope of our services depends on the visa, immigration service, or business service selected by the client. Details regarding the service, applicable requirements, fees, and estimated processing time will be communicated before or during the application process.
Where necessary, Lombok Visas may work with authorized partners, government-related systems, professional service providers, couriers, payment providers, or other third parties to facilitate the requested service.
All Indonesian visa and immigration applications are subject to the requirements, procedures, and decisions of the relevant Indonesian authorities.
Visa approval, rejection, validity, permitted activities, stay permits, extensions, and other immigration decisions are determined solely by the competent Indonesian authorities.
Lombok Visas does not have the authority to issue, approve, reject, extend, or determine the conditions of an Indonesian visa or immigration permit.
While we make reasonable efforts to prepare applications correctly and according to the information and requirements available at the time, we cannot guarantee visa approval or a specific processing timeframe.
Any processing time provided by Lombok Visas is an estimate only. Processing times may vary depending on the type of application, nationality, individual circumstances, document verification, government workload, public holidays, technical systems, additional requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.
A delay by a government authority or third-party service provider does not automatically constitute a failure by Lombok Visas to provide its service.
Clients must provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information and supporting documents required for their application.
Clients are responsible for checking the accuracy of personal information, passport details, dates, photographs, addresses, financial information, and other documents supplied to Lombok Visas.
Lombok Visas is not responsible for delays, rejection, additional costs, or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, expired, or fraudulent information or documents provided by the client.
Indonesian immigration authorities may request additional documents, information, interviews, biometric procedures, or other requirements at any stage of an application.
If additional requirements are requested, Lombok Visas will communicate them to the client and assist with the process as reasonably possible.
Any additional government fees, official charges, document preparation costs, or other expenses arising from such requirements may be payable by the client.
Clients are responsible for complying with the conditions of their visa and all applicable Indonesian immigration laws during their stay in Indonesia.
Any overstay penalties, fines, immigration sanctions, or other consequences resulting from the client's failure to comply with Indonesian immigration requirements are the responsibility of the client.
Payment must be made according to the invoice or payment instructions provided by Lombok Visas.
Processing will generally begin after the required documents and payment have been received and verified.
Clients should keep their payment receipt or proof of payment for their records.
Government fees, professional service fees, payment processing fees, and other applicable charges will be communicated in the relevant quotation or invoice.
Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the Lombok Visas Refund Policy.
Once an application has been submitted to the relevant Indonesian authorities or processing has officially commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible and applicable fees may become non-refundable.
Where a refund is available, it may be reduced by government fees already paid, payment processing costs, administrative charges, or work already completed.
Clients should review our Refund Policy before making payment.
Indonesian visa fees, immigration requirements, regulations, procedures, and government policies may change from time to time.
If a government authority introduces a new fee, requirement, procedure, or document requirement after an application has commenced, the client may be required to provide additional documents or pay additional costs.
Lombok Visas will communicate relevant changes to the client and provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Lombok Visas may communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, telephone, or other agreed communication channels.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking communications from Lombok Visas in a timely manner.
For privacy and security purposes, we may only discuss an application with the applicant or a person who has been properly authorized by the applicant.
Lombok Visas respects the privacy and confidentiality of client information.
Personal information and supporting documents may be collected, stored, processed, and disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide our services, process applications, communicate with relevant authorities, or work with authorized service providers.
The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Where an original passport or other physical document is required for a particular service, Lombok Visas will handle the document with reasonable care and return it to the client when the relevant process has been completed.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid and available when required for travel, immigration procedures, or other official purposes.
Certain parts of the visa and immigration process depend on Indonesian government authorities, online immigration systems, payment providers, courier services, airlines, or other third-party providers.
Lombok Visas cannot control or guarantee the availability, decisions, processing times, technical performance, or actions of such third parties.
