The D12 – Multiple Entry Pre-Investment Visa (D212) is designed for individuals who wish to explore business opportunities in Indonesia before making an investment. It is ideal for activities such as site visits, field surveys, feasibility studies, and business discussions. This visa is a Multiple Entry Visit Visa, allowing you to enter and exit Indonesia multiple times during its validity period. Each visit permits a stay of up to 180 days, with the possibility of one extension (subject to terms and conditions).In line with Indonesian immigration regulations, this visa allows you to attend meetings, inspect business locations such as offices or factories, purchase goods, and negotiate or sign contracts. However, it does not permit any form of paid employment or income-generating activities within Indonesia.
