Requirements for the Employee

• Passport valid for at least 18 months.
• Recent color photograph.
• Personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent of USD 2,000, covering the previous 3 months and showing the applicant’s name, date, and account balance.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Educational certificate / degree or diploma, where applicable.
• Job title and job description.
• Address in Indonesia.
• Address in country of origin.
• Current Indonesian immigration permit number for applicants applying from inside Indonesia.
• Other supporting documents required according to the position and employment sector.

The Indonesian sponsoring company must provide the relevant company and employment documents, including:

• Company establishment documents.
• Company business license / NIB.
• Company tax identification number (NPWP).
• Ministry of Law and Human Rights approval.
• Indonesian worker’s ID card (KTP) for the accompanying local worker, where required.
• Salary information.
• Employment contract.
• Job title and job description.
• Work location.
• Confirmation of office/work location where required.
• WLKP / Mandatory Labor Reporting information.
• BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration information.
• Relevant foreign-worker documentation and approvals.
