The E28A Investor KITAS is a limited stay permit designed for foreign investors who own shares in an Indonesian foreign investment company (PT PMA).
This KITAS allows eligible investors to live in Indonesia, enter and leave the country multiple times, conduct permitted investment and business activities, and serve as a Director or Commissioner of the company in which they invest.
